Delivery problem
When the mattress was delivered, it was left on the front door step, which was not very helpful.
I have not had enough nights with my Eve mattress to make any judgement.

Very comfortable mattress.
Mattress was easy to order and delivered on time with accurate tracking.Delivery drivers were friendly and carried boxed mattress to upstairs room as requested.Impossible to evaluate comfort of mattress before extended use but ,so far,very pleased with it.This was a Which? recommended mattress and,despite the high price,so far meets best expectations,notably reducing occurrence of partner's night time leg cramps and hip aches! Hope this mattress has good longevity,only time will tell.....

Would you Adam and Eve it?
Not sure if the issue is with Eve or DX - irrespective, we have wasted a day waiting for a delivery only to be told by DX (following chasing them) they "can't locate the goods" and that we will not receive delivery today. No way of contacting Eve. And our tracking info contradicts what the carrier is telling us. A shambles - so beware. Eve - spend more time on your service and less time on all the blurb - and, if you don't give customers an option to speak to you, be prepared for anger to be vented on social media. -UPDATE - DX are saying that the problem is their end. They confirmed goods received in their depot - but have gone missing. So Eve did infact deliver on time - the issue is with their nominated carrier. Still doesn't excuse the fact it is impossible to speak to Eve should the customer encounter a problem (other than via email - 4 day response).

Unfortunately scratchy and odd sizes.
Not for me. Unable to return as used when needed for family arriving. Washed and no better - would not recommend these. Unable to leave a specific product review on their website therefore having to leave for the Company which is odd! I have previously purchased their original mattress which I really like.
The customer service is hard to get hold of as no direct access to contact them by
phone or web chat - you cannot exchange in refund period and cannot return once tried so rather large waste of money now - if you want a bamboo set for cooling, many much better items out there. They can only refund cannot exchange during the first 30 days so then you have to order again - should have done this to get some money back but unfortunately needs must at the time.
Eve mattress topper
We purchased our eve mattress topper because we slept on one in a friend’s house and it was so comfortable we just had to have one, highly recommend.
Expensive but Good mattress
Good mattress, expensive but no complaints about sleep so far with 3 months use. Supportive, does not make you feel hot, comfortable.

Average score because your EVE product is good but you were badly let down by DX Delivery who took 7 days to deliver (having lost the mattresses among other poor service issues)

There is no telephone number to contact them. The chat is only part time and they do not listen to what is said. I paid for named day delivery so that someone would be in to receive item, was told by the delivery company the day before scheduled date that it would be delivered the day after when questioned why they said they had not received details from Eve and they had lots of problems like this with them. Chat just cut me off at 17:00 despite me reminding them that they would be shutting shortly and that it must be sorted that day. The only reason I got it delivered on time was because the second person I spoke to at the couriers was very helpful and arranged for a special delivery that afternoon, even when this was arranged and Eve were notified they still said it would not be delivered that day and refunded the delivery cost. I was told that they do not have time to deal with individual delivery delays so what are they there for they are supposed to be there for customer service.
The mattress (hybrid) was very firm at first and took a couple of weeks to become comfortable for the whole night for me, my wife thought it was great from night one. 2* for mattress being comfortable so far (2 months) -* for the non existent customer service a disgrace.

Good mattress, poor packaging
Mattress is great but our two man delivery to the room was one man struggling to get the box, which was falling apart, as far as the front door. He said the boxes are always like this.

Really pleased with our products and…
Really pleased with our products and experience. We ordered a bed frame, pillows, mattress and fitted sheet. The bed frame was very easy to put together and we're really happy with it. It's our second Eve mattress and we're really happy with it (other has gone to spare room). The pillows are super comfy. No need to return anything.

Very happy customer
So far so good! Only been sleeping on the hybrid matress just over a week and couldn't be happier. Aches and pains already gone and starting to shape to my body. Very happy with delivery too, kept upto date with tracking etc. Would definitely recommend

Came as described, on day I chose. My only criticism would be that because I nominated the day for delivery I was unable to have my old mattress picked up for recycling by eve at the same time. Otherwise excellent.
